This company was absolutely amazing. Good pricing, quick response, and was able to come out the next morning. Bek was extremely informative and was nice as can be. After having two failed other contractors, Bek was able to fix our dryer in no time. He even had the part on hand! After leaving, our dryer is working like new. Thank you so much for your help Bek. these guys were great. They were available to come out and fix my dryer the next day. once they took it apart to identify the problem, they explained it to me and gave me the option to clean and oil the motor which could still be used. I appreciate not getting sold an entire new motor and blower if it was not needed. They were also quick and offered a good price for their service and timeliness. We will always be using Switch service from now on! After a bad experience with a GE technician, Technician Bek saved our washer/dryer combo machine. He diagnosed the problem right away, clearly explained everything, and the pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. The turnaround was very fast -- as soon as the part arrived, he came back quickly and had everything up and running the same day. The company itself was very communicative via call and text about my appointment and what issue I was having with my washing machine. They gave me a two hour time window, and Bek, the assigned technician, was also great at communicating when he would be heading my way and when he was close, so I was not just anxiously waiting around during the window. When he arrived, Bek was able to diagnose and fix my washer very quickly and efficiently. Thankfully it was a relatively easy fix, and he was prepared with the replacement part needed in his truck already! He was very friendly and he made sure everything was in working order before he left. Great service!
